Colleen McNickle is thrilled to be the music director for Good Treble’s inaugural season. In addition to her work with Good Treble, Colleen maintains a full voice and piano studio, teaches music education courses at local universities, serves as an assistant conductor for the Detroit Concert Choir, and creates choir teacher resources for E.C. Schirmer.
With a PhD in Music Education and Choral Cognate from Michigan State University, Colleen has conducted choirs and presented research and practice sessions regionally, nationally, and internationally. Colleen previously taught undergraduate and graduate music education courses and choirs in Michigan and Arkansas, as well as middle and high school choir and music courses in Illinois.
